How to use it
A roadmap is a living document that should be regularly reviewed and updated as your project progresses. Share it with your team and stakeholders to ensure everyone understands the direction and timeline of development.
To create your own roadmap:
- Review your overall project plans.
- Break these plans into smaller milestones and activities that will help you reach the milestones — laid out on a timeline of Now, Next, Later and Future.
- Add your success and failure metrics so that you can make data-led decisions on whether something has been a success or not
