This tool can help you make informed decisions about which ideas to pursue, saving you time and resources in the long run.

Start by making a copy of the Prioritisation Grid template above. Write each of your ideas on a post-it note and plot them on the graph. For each idea, consider both its potential value to your users and how feasible it would be to develop and implement.

Focus on the ideas that fall within the high-value and mid-to-high feasibility area—these are your most promising candidates to take forward.

Remember that while the grid is a useful guide, you should also consider your team's expertise and any unique constraints or opportunities specific to your project.
